How do I choose the right size for my mountain bike apparel?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Our gear is designed with a standard athletic fit; if you prefer a looser feel or plan to wear body armor underneath, we recommend sizing up.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items with original tags. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
How should I wash and care for my DHaRCO jerseys and shorts?
To maintain the technical integrity of the fabric, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can damage the moisture-wicking properties.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are your materials environmentally friendly?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. A significant portion of our range is made using recycled polyester and bluesign® approved fabrics to minimize our environmental footprint.
Do you offer a warranty on your gear?
We stand by the quality of our products. DHaRCO offers a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by crashes, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
